Marc’s real estate background started in residential construction and project management, where he spent many years working on a wide range of projects. That experience shapes how he looks at land today—with a simple, solution-based approach.
Over time, he began working more directly with landowners who just needed some guidance. Whether it’s downsizing, selling, or simply understanding their options, he works through what makes sense for the property and the family.
Marc lives in Johnson City, Tennessee with his wife Kate and their two kids. When he’s not working, he spends time outdoors, woodworking, mountain biking, and playing disc golf.
